Right of cancellation

If for any reason you intend to return your purchase, you can return it exclusively within 14 days from the delivery date even without specifying the reason, as long as the product is intact and not used, as required by the Consumer Code (Article 52 et seq.).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must use the appropriate form attached or send a PEC to: dondispazzole@pec.fastmail.it other non-traceable methods of communication such as telephone calls or simple emails are not considered valid, such communication must give certainty of the provenance of the declaration from the holder of the right, and proof of receipt.

RETURN OF PRODUCT
The consumer, having communicated the desire to return the product, must return what has been received within 14 days from the date of communication of the return (art.56 cod. Cons.), The delivery document to the post office or to the shipper is valid.
The return shipping costs are charged to the consumer (Article 57 of the cons. Code)

REFUND
The refund requested for a product damaged by the carrier will be returned in full only if, at the time of collection, the customer made use of the "RECEIVE WITH RESERVE" clause made explicit by the consumer to the courier upon receipt of the goods.
In all other cases, Nuova F.lli Dondi, once the product has been returned, will be able to evaluate and peruse the object, and hold the consumer responsible for any "decrease in value" of the object itself if it appears that a manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the same has been made. In other words: if the use of the goods by the user results in damage to the product, such that its value has decreased, the latter is liable with the seller.

If you used PayPal or a credit card for the payment, the amount will be refunded directly to the account or card; otherwise we ask you to indicate the details of the current account on which to make the payment (Account holder, Account number, ABI, CAB, IBAN). The refund will be made within the terms established by law (14 days from receipt of the goods) and you will also be notified by e-mail.
